A number of applications that make use of the geographical data collected by OpenStreetMap mostly using the Javascript library from OpenLayers.

UK Route Planner

An example of my Routino route planner using data for the UK. Allows selection of method of transport (foot, bicycle, car) and speed limits, height/weight restrictions etc.
Requires JavaScript for displaying map and other features.

UK Route Data Visualiser

A visualisation of the Routino routing data for the UK. Allows display of junctions, speed (and other) limits and oneway streets.
Requires JavaScript for displaying map and other features.

UK Route Planner (no JavaScript)

A non-Javascript version of the above router without the map display.

Routing Statistics

Some statistics about the routes that have been planned using the UK Route Planner.

Highway Statistics

Some statistics about the density of highways of different types using the Routino database as the source.

Custom Map Tiles

Information about the locally generated map tiles that are based on the OpenStreetMap tiles but with some differences. These are the default map tiles used for the maps on this website although the original OpenStreetMap maps can also be selected instead.
