A spreadsheet based definition of a Mapnik style sheet and software to convert
from that spreadsheet into the Mapnik stylesheet.

Based on a reimplementation of http://github.com/gravitystorm/openstreetmap-carto
created by Andy Allan <andy@gravitystorm.co.uk> and contributors.  This is in
turn based on original cartography by Steve Chilton and others.

The 'symbols' directory contains files copied from (or derived from) those at
http://github.com/gravitystorm/openstreetmap-carto which are released under the
CC0 Public Domain Dedication, version 1.0, as published by Creative Commons.  To
